Here's one for all the L4D-beginners. It should be obvious, but here it is once more: keep your team well informed, it just might save your life and nerves.

Wanted to try my hands on making a random L4D-poster, kinda just blindly chose this old pencil sketch and started building stuff on it. Nothing too planned here.

Unyuu

Fanart of the unlucky Carnifex named Unyuufex who only wanted love but ended up as a brutal warmachine.
I've liked it since I first saw it some years ago.. and now that I have my own little Tyranid-fleet, I finally ran into it's original maker on DA too.
And by chance, my own Carnifex came up with Scything talons and Crushing claws too.

Also, my granpa was feeling temporarily pretty well since the painful treatment for his cancer had to be terminated recently to prevent it actually doing more effectively what the cancer is trying to do. He's had cancer for 14 years already and now it's going to win.
Good thing he can be home, with his wife. I can't imagine a more perfect way to go than in your own bed, being with someone you've shared your long life with. Still, I hope he hangs in there as long as he can.

Also, if interested in Yamaoka'ish music, try out Liminality albums by these guys, who seem to be giving out Silent Hill inspired ambient for free. Just scroll all the way to the bottom for the SH-stuff. Some of these do capture the atmosphere nicely.

Also, also. Next weekend isn't going to be too cheerful for me, I'm off to see my grandpa starting tomorrow, quite perhaps for the last time considering his much weakened condition. He's 89 now. I don't know how to feel about it..he has lived a full life, something we can only hope to achieve some day, it's hard to feel too bad about the natural way of life when there's no reason to, really. But it ain't gonna be a party either.
