It's been years since I actually wrote stories. I used to play pen & paper RPGs a lot back in the day and since I was almost always the Storyteller, it kept me in some kind of shape with stories. Now that I live far away from my usual group, there's been a really long break with storytelling on any regular basis and it shows. I'm feeling uncertain about lot of things and any kind of writing is slow.
Willow's my attempt to fix all that, I'm launching it now after all the slacking around and postponing things almost indefinitely. Even though I am feeling wobbly about writing, the only cure is to start actually doing it again and even that things might come out a bit wonky at first, without practice there certainly won't be any improvement either.

On a technical note, after trying to bend blogspot into a functional webcomic platform for a too long, I had to give up that idea for good. I'm no web programmer and blogspot seemed to notice every time. So I signed up to Smack Jeeves, since all the cool kids seemed to be using it. I hope it works ok.

So. Below, through that bannerish imagery are the few first pages now. Let's hope I can find the time and inspiration to keep the updates appearing in relatively reasonable timeframe and improving a bunch while doing so. I really do enjoy telling stories and it would make me happy beyond all thought if someone could say they honestly enjoyed reading one of mine.

Yesterday we beat Outland with my friend on his xbox and uhhh, eyes still recovering from those eyegasms. And I can't get over that sweet feeling of finally beating the Winged Serpent, oh god, that fucker :3.

Also, sorry about the "tattoos", couldn't find a complete ref for them so I had to just improvise some parts :V.

Also there's this silly thing going on called a softer homestuck, that borrows texts from a softer world and redecorates them appropriately with homestuck characters. After seeing this one I just...knew what I had to do.

This is kinda old news already, but lately I've been reading Homestuck. If you don't know about mspaintadventures, I heartily recommend getting familiar with it. Been laughing my head off many many times over the course of few last weeks. Yes, it sure ain't the shortest webcomic out there.
